Due to unforeseen events in my life, I have been unable to post and workout.
Good News! I am back!
Running is my main focus right now... I am trying to get that 5k time down...
However, I HATE running. I HATE running. I Hate running. Let me say it one more time: I HATE RUNNING!
It hurts, it makes me tired, and it hurts.
But alas, here I am running. Running four days a week. At this pace, I should be able to get my time down by Christmas.
